We’ve rolled out one of our most important updates yet: WhatsApp notifications for participants.

This update began with feedback from participants themselves. Many told us they were missing invites or reminders because they didn’t always check email on time.

So we listened.

Now, all key updates reach participants directly on WhatsApp — making it easier for them to stay in the loop and for you to keep sessions on track.

Here’s what participants now receive on WhatsApp:

• Study invitation
• Confirmation of study application
• Scheduled session details
• Rescheduled session alerts
• Session reminders (24 hours and 60 minutes before)
• Payout issued and payout processed updates

The result? Fewer missed invites, faster confirmations, and a more reliable research workflow. Early data shows that the average time it takes a participant to apply to a study has dropped from an average of 2 days to just 7.5 hours.
