Some of our best updates come straight from the way people actually use Poocho. This one started with something simple: researchers telling us they were forgetting how a session went by the time they got around to reviewing it.

They’d have a great conversation, or a frustrating one, but once the next few interviews rolled in, the details started to blur. There was no quick way to leave a note or give feedback in the moment.

So we built it.

Now, you can rate a session with a participant immediately after leaving the meeting room, or later through the application drawer. This means:

• No more forgetting who was great (or not-so-great)
• Quick feedback collection for future shortlisting
• A smoother, more accountable research process

You can rate participants on:

⭐Timeliness
⭐Quality of information shared
⭐Overall session experience

There’s also a text box if you want to leave any extra notes like “Came fully prepped” or “Needs follow-up.”

This is just one more way we’re making sure your research sessions stay insightful, organized, and easy to manage.
