VAPT security and smart session reminders.


We’ve got two important updates this month to make your research on Poocho more secure and easier to manage.

🔒 VAPT certification for stronger security

Your research data is sensitive and keeping it safe is our top priority.

Poocho is now Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) certified, a globally recognised standard for application security.

This means:

  • Higher assurance that your data and recordings are protected against potential threats
  • A safer platform for storing and managing participant information
  • Compliance with global best practices for security

🗓️ Smarter session reminders with RSVP status

A lot of you on the platform asked for better visibility into the RSVP status of participants you’ve scheduled sessions with. Makes sense - you’d only want to attend those sessions where participants have confirmed!

So now you’ll receive an email reminder 90 minutes before your session, complete with:

  • RSVP status from your participant: Know if they’ve confirmed, declined, or haven’t responded
  • Session details so you’re ready to jump in

This helps reduce no-shows, improve prep, and keep your research day running smoothly.
