Poocho is a full-stack qualitative research company, offering services across participant recruitment to research design and analysis to help businesses solve their most pressing problems by putting their customer’s experience first. 

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a Community Manager to drive the growth of our research participant community. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building relationships with Poocho Network members, fostering engagement from within the community, and increasing our organisation's visibility online.

What you’ll probably do every day

Our community, also called the Poocho Network, is made up of motivated and authentic consumers who sign up to participate in market studies. You will be responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies to build and strengthen relationships with our community members. 

Your deliverables will include:

  • Meet benchmarks to grow the Poocho Network through online and offline efforts
  • Manage processes to successfully onboard new community members into the Network
  • Develop and execute our engagement strategy through Instagram and WhatsApp groups
  • Maintain the hygiene of our online community databases

On an (almost) daily basis you will be:

  • Collaborating with our research and program teams to develop social media content 
  • Creating content in the form of Instagram posts, LinkedIn posts, short articles etc
  • Interacting with community members through text, audio and video formats
  • Delegating and overseeing tasks of community interns
  • Experimenting with new tools, automations and even AI to increase efficiencies

What we expect

  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages bonus!)
  • 1-2 years of experience in community engagement, social media management or related field 
  • Personal or professional experience managing social media channels, including content creation and engagement (should have samples to share)
  • Comfortable using software like Notion, Typeform, and Canva
  • (Bonus) Has training in Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology, Human Factors, UX Research
  • Good internet connectivity for WFH
