Two major updates are now live: Smarter scheduling and a sharper participant panel


We’ve been listening closely to how you plan, schedule, and manage your research and we’ve built two major upgrades to make that process effortless. Meet your new upgraded calendar and revamped participant panel that are designed to make scheduling interviews with the right people as smooth as butter. 

🗓️ 1. Calendaring, scheduling, and rescheduling made easy


Coordinating interview schedules just got a whole lot easier. Now you can:

  • Set your available hours while creating a study so participants can match their availability easily.
  • View your sessions for the day in the upgraded calendar on your dashboard — hover to see participant name, session time, and RSVP status.
  • You can see each participant’s availability and other booked sessions directly in the application drawer so you don’t double book at the same time.
  • Color-coded sessions make it easy to spot who’s confirmed, who hasn’t responded, and who’s requested a reschedule.

👥 2. Upgraded participant panel — extended filters, cleaner views


Finding the right participants just became faster and more flexible. With the upgraded panel, you can now:

  • Filter participants by extended, detailed profile attributes — from household income to living situation.
  • Save up to 10 filter sets and reuse them across studies for consistent targeting.
  • Hide, reorder, and resize columns for a layout that fits your workflow.
  • Search participants by name for quick lookups.
  • Segment by performance metrics like total sessions completed, average rating, and last session date.
  • View average rating and total sessions right from both the Participant Panel and Application Drawer.
